Timothy R. Pomeroy Joins Klinedinst's Environmental Law Group
Timothy R. Pomeroy, a former U.S. Air Force attorney who served in the Judge Advocate General corps, has joined the California law firm of Klinedinst PC. Among several postings, Pomeroy was handpicked by the Pentagon to counsel Abu Ghraib's commanders and staff after the prisoner detention scandal broke in Iraq. After serving in Iraq, Pomeroy focused on environmental law issues for the Air Force. His experience handling complex environmental claims, advising military base commanders on state and federal environmental statutes, and ensuring compliance at almost two dozen hazardous waste sites will be valuable to Klinedinst's corporate environmental law clients.
