FlipStart Labs, a technology incubator started by Microsoft Corp. co-founder Paul Allen, said it will ship its first super-compact PC, the FlipStart, this month. It weighs less than 2 pounds, is smaller than an average trade paperback and sports a 5.6-inch screen.
