Labor and employment firm Littler Mendelson continued its rapid expansion Monday, announcing a merger with five-lawyer Portland, Ore., firm Amburgey & Rubin. The addition gives Littler 42 offices across the country and more than 600 lawyers. Already this year, Littler has merged with 46-lawyer Cleveland labor and employment firm Duvin, Cahn & Hutton and added two new offices in Connecticut.
