Bingham McCutchen Closes Deal for Alschuler Grossman
Bingham McCutchen finalized its acquisition Tuesday of Alschuler Grossman, a 40-lawyer Los Angeles litigation shop. The Alschuler acquisition is Bingham's third in California in the past five years.
