7th Circuit Launches Federal Judiciary's First Wiki

The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago set up the first wiki in the federal judiciary, allowing lawyers and judges to post and change notes on procedure and practice in U.S. courts. Chief Judge Frank Easterbrook spearheaded the effort after taking his post last year.
