Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is the latest U.K. firm to reap outstanding results for the financial year ending April 30, with a 25 percent increase in profits per equity partner. The firm's PPP now stands at just more than $2 million, and revenues grew by 12 percent from last year. Freshfields' results are the latest indication that the Magic Circle firms are enjoying their most profitable period since the dot-com boom of the late 1990s.
