Delphi Lawyers, Advisers Ask Court to Approve $65 Million in Fees
Lawyers and financial advisers working on the Delphi bankruptcy case have tallied the company's most recent bill, and say their collective tab adds up to $65.5 million for four months of work in the spring. Among the big billers: Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, which said in court papers it is owed $12.59 million in fees and $678,644 in expenses for the period in question. A judge will consider the requests at a hearing Oct. 25.
