Canada Faces UN Human Rights Tribunal; Clinton and Colorado Immune
On December 5, 2007 a landmark UN Human Rights Complaint filed against Canada and the US was accepted for litigation solely against Canada by the Chief Treaties and Council Branch under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, communication / case No. 1638/2007.
