Video game publisher Ubisoft Entertainment has won a $13.2 million judgment against MGA Entertainment in arbitration, a notable amount for a dispute that never went to trial. It's "accepted knowledge" that arbitration is "usually smaller awards, more tempered, and not the big awards you get in front of jury trials," said Stephen Smith, the Greenberg Glusker partner representing Ubisoft.
