Judge OKs Fees of Nearly $50 Million for Delphi Lawyers, Advisers
Delphi got the green light Thursday to pay almost $50 million in fees to lawyers and financial advisers for four months of work, as the auto parts supplier struggles to emerge from court protection. The company's lead law firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, had the biggest bill, $15.39 million in fees and $837,950 in expenses. Other big earners, which were paid more than $4 million in fees and expenses for work from June to September: FTI Consulting, Ernst & Young, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
