Blank Rome Grows Revenue 11 Percent, RPL 8.5 Percent
Blank Rome's increase in gross revenue in 2007 was a result of the firm's investment in 2006 and the beginning of last year in lateral hiring, new offices and industry teams, says managing partner Carl Buchholz. He says the investment "paid dividends" in terms of increasing the firm's gross revenue by nearly 11 percent from $284 million in 2006 to $315 million in 2007. Aside from the lateral hiring, Blank Rome saw revenue jump because of its building out of new offices and exiting smaller markets in 2006.
