A criminal defense attorney sentenced to 90 days in jail for an obscene gesture made while appearing before a judge spent only a few hours behind bars, after being granted a person recognizance bond. Judge Jan Breland had held the attorney in criminal contempt for making "a simulated masturbatory gesture with his hand while making eye contact with the Court." The solo, who calls himself Adam "Bulletproof" Reposa on a State Bar Web site, is freed from jail pending his application for a writ of habeas corpus.
