2nd Circuit Dismisses NYC's Suit Against Gun Manufacturers
New York City has hit a dead end in its attempt to hold gun manufacturers liable for the flow of illegal arms into New York. Corporation Counsel Michael Cardozo said he was weighing whether to apply for rehearing by the full circuit or appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
