Court Tosses Most of SCO's Claims Over Linux Code
A U.S. magistrate has struck down most of SCO Group Inc.'s claims alleging that IBM Corp. misappropriated Unix code when it donated software code to the Linux operating system. The ruling says the Utah firm failed to show which lines of code in Linux were misappropriated.
